I did some looking into this it seems you can do this. WinAPE Gryzor.dsk /A which will automount and run the title.

I found that info here. http://www.aep-emu.de/PNphpBB2-file-viewtopic-t-3677.html

So a gameex equivlent command could be

WinAPE.exe "[rompath]/[romfile]" /A

I honestly think that will work.. Tho I havent tried it.. Let me know how it works out.
