Bug Report: Visual Pinball exit back to GameEx

Hi Tom,

Occasionally when exiting Visual Pinball, GameEx does not return (I just go back to my desktop). I do not see GameEx running in the Applications of the Task Manager, but I do see it still in the Processes. If I kill the process, then I can launch GameEx again. It happens after playing about 3 pinball games. This has been a problem since about the 4.65 and on releases at least on my system.

I found out what the issue was but I am still curious as to why?

Turning off Map Keys in the Visual Pinball Emu section solved this issue. Works like a charm now. Very fast switching back to GameEx upon exit.
