Im in the process of obtaining a NES to put a little computer inside. I plan of stuffing it full of emulators and good times. I was wondering what the best hardware choises would be. Id like to run N64 and playstation (and possibly dreamcast) games without any problems. I also want to enable video snaps and other cool looking things in GameEx itself. What would you all recommend?

Well If you plan on using the original controllers... Eg nes pc ... It really doesnt matter... as its 2 buttons and most newer systems use alot more buttons...

It sounds like you want a htpc... In this case Id get a really cool case like..

To run DC full speed you need dualcore 2ghz at least... and a GOOD gfx card.

No. I plan on just using the Nintendo as a shell. Ill be using usb controllers with a lot more buttons to run what i want. The system will end up something like this.
