XBOX360 Gamepad Configuration with Mame?

I need a Xbox360 Gamepad control file for Mame. Can anyone help me?

The Button Assistment is not so good

The 360 controller works fine for the button assignment. Only problem I have been having is that joysticks keep having to be redone since it puts the axis by default. I would give you mine but I need to know were its located. I need to edit it manually I suppose.

Hit 'TAB' in MAME and go to the general controls menu. Set up the controller however you want and it will be persistent for all other games that don't have custom settings already. If you want to start over, delete all the controls files for MAME first.
