Emulators not in Emu Selection List

So I have an Atari 5200 emu (kat5200) and an SNK Neo-Geo emulator (NeoRAGE, which is in the download list, but not in the selection list, for whatever reason) that I want to use...can I use them even though they're not in the selection list? By selection list, I mean the one in the wizard.

Scrap the NeoRAGE emu, I'm going to see if the games work with MAME32.

You can use anything you want in GameEx so long as it supports CLI and some that don't using scripting and/or hacks. The list is a set of premade config's that nologic put together that get you up and going quickly. If you want to use a different emu, you will just have to manually configure it, which is not hard but takes a few minutes more than clicking the item in the list. Maybe Nologic would consider creating a setup for kat5200 and/or NeoRage if he reads this and feels so motivated, but I would just take a few minutes and set it up yourself using the setup from another emu as a reference.

I can look into kat5200 to see if its possible....NeoRage won't work...use Mame, WinKawaks, Nebula, Final Burn Alpha, Raine instead. That said a NeoRage rom set won't work with the others if I recall correctly.

At least I'm finding no love here...sorry you'll have to use one of the other 5200 emus.
