file.id.txt to rom name ?

hello i have 1000's of Amstrad cpc roms each rom is in ti's own folder (not zip) in each folder there is a *.dik and a file.id.txt

here is one of the file.id.tet files

what i would like is to rename each *.dik to some ting i can understand

is there an easy was to use the info in the info file to reame the .dik file and then 7zip the renamed dik and info

just found this site http://www.smiff.clara.net/articles/managing_roms.htm#step1 seams the have all i need

i will let you all know how i go just trying it now

that was easy the site has all you need

it went well and thats on a vista 64 bit os too

ok the only thing i have found is that romzpper does not support 7.zip now i have zips of all my renamed roms the next thing is getting zip to 7zip any ideas thank you all
