Goto http://www.mameworld.net/

or http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/

Its hard to find a single place that has everything.

Personally I bought my parts from tornado terrys just the buttons and arcade stick.

I bought my wires and ends from lowes and my IPAC from ultimarc.

But hey thats the way it goes. Besides when you order direct from the manutacture its usually cheaper.

Mameworld.net is actually how I found out about GE.

go figure.

Looks like iano and I are on the same page. I've personally ordered from Ultimarc, Arcade Emulator and T-molding.com. All were good but Andy at Ultimarc is the king of customer service and really quick shipping at a capped price no less.

How about Happ?

http://www.happ.com

Their shipping is a little expensive and you have to have a $15 min. order but they have tons of stuff. I got my monitor bezels, coin doors, momentary switches, marquee retainers from them.

Also got some joy balltops from Lizard Lick Amusements http://www.lizardlickamusements.com/ and they shipped fast and were good to deal with.

Happy arcade parts hunting! :)

If you are building a cab, you will have $15+ in parts that happs supplies, so you could go through them. I didn't, but that's because I only needed buttons and I wanted to avoid paying shipping twice. I got my encoder board from GroovyGameGear.com and bought my buttons at the same time. If you want quick disconnects, get them at the same time since they are reasonably priced. I found them locally, but it took a long time since 0.187" is an odd size apparently (automotive uses 0.25"). They have some nice products like the GP-Wiz series.

Happ Controls shipping prices are outrageous compared to most vendors. Instead of ordering directly from them, you can contact several vendors through Build Your Own Arcade Controls at www.arcadecontrols.com. In the Buy/Sell/Trade thread, Divemaster 127 and Ponyboy carry the Happ parts and can get almost everything at much, much lower shipping costs.

Being from Sweden, I am a member of a really great community ( www.arkadtorget.se ) where you can get a lot of things new and second hand for great prices. Also they do group orders of stuff from Japan. This means buying Seimitsu and Sanwa parts directly from the factories.

In my MAME cab though, I have an X-Arcade dual, so that's bought from them. And it's been very reliable.

I can vouch for tornado terry's for buttons and things. He sells 100% happ buttons with cherry microswitches. He is about the cheapest you will find for happ stuff.
