EmuMovies screensaver - no sound

I installed ffdshow (the one from the GameEx "Other Downloads" page).

Gameex shows emumovie videos just fine (as screensaver), but there is no sound.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ffdshow, but it doesn't make any difference.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Id try this setting in the advanced configuration. Its in audio settings.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I do have that setting enabled.

Unfortunately, videos still play without audio.

I have discovered that if I play the videos by going thru the "Multimedia" menus within GameEx, they play fine:

Good video, good sound. Screensaver is the only one that has no sound.

Is this a bug in GameEx?

You need to set the setting similar to Brian suggested but in the screensaver setup. If you set sound to play it should play sound in the videos.
