New Install, Full Screen Issue

I'm new to GameEx and have a XP Media Center 2005 PC, which is also hooked up to my 4:3 TV.

I've installed MAME32 from GameEx install option.

However, when it goes full screen for a game, the TV monitor shows only a portion of the screen as if the resolution is too high. The GameEx splash (or nag) screen is the right size so I'm not sure why the games readjust.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix it?

Because gamex does NOT play the games... The emulator does.

Check the emulator settings. Will it display correctly without running gameex?
