Launch on Startup error with keywiz uploader

I tried setting up gameex to launch the keywiz uploader on startup but I get the following error. Seems as if gameex is trying to move the window and the keywiz software doesn't like it. I was wondering if there was a workaround for this?

Im no expert but have you tried maximizing the screen then pressing the tab that lest you resize the active window...

this way it will neither be minimised or maximized.... And run it again

I would contact Randy at Groovy Game Gear and ask him (nicely) to fix it.
