If you are using one of the codec packs like k-lite, xp-codec-pack or cccp, there are setup tools that come with the package. I couldn't say which one you need to open, but there are options in one of them to rotate and/or flip the video.

EDIT: I actually just went through all the menus for CCCP and couldn't find the configuration for flipping the video. I know I've used it with k-lite, but I can't figure out where it would be for this one.

In CCCP running the FFDShow Video Decoder Configuration, clicking on the left treeview item for "Output" there is a check box in the corresponding dialog to "Flip Video"

I have seen this same thing when playing certain codecs in "media player classic". then I would use VLC and the video was the right way up.

I am BRAND NEW to GameEX, I registed, then downloaded, and I have installed it, that is all so far, I have very little time.

I know my answer may not help in your GameEx problem, but just in case, I thought I would point this out.

I tried ffdshow and had very iffy results. I strictly use xvid, and have never had an issue. Although I do reencode my other videos to xvid format to ensure the best results. I might of had better luck with ffdshow but 4I didn't have the time to mess with it. But it did scre my cab up pretty bad, double audio streams was the worst of it. Seems though that plenty of folks have got it working fine.
