    I just registed a day or two ago, but I did get an "out of office" reply letting me know he would be out untill the 7th of October. the next day, I got an email from Tom thanking me for my registration and providing me with my registration file. hope this helps.

    I have seen this same thing when playing certain codecs in "media player classic". then I would use VLC and the video was the right way up. I am BRAND NEW to GameEX, I registed, then downloaded, and I have installed it, that is all so far, I have very little time. I know my answer may not help in your GameEx problem, but just in case, I thought I would point this out.
