Force games to run in 720x480

SO, I've started building my home pc cabinet and I've got all the emulators to work at 720x480 for my home television. It only supports 720x480 and 640x432 resolutions. I have a slew of pc games that will run on the pc but only half of them support 720x480 either through the command line or some ini or cfg file. Is there any wrapper or device that would allow PC games to be forced into 720x480?

Also is there anyway to force zsnes into 720x480?

I was looking for something like this too, I had a quick look months ago but never turned up anything... my arcade monitor has a max of 640 by 480 which is generally ok but the newer EA sports games all default to 800 by 600 min

My problem stems from the fact that I can't get Addiction Pinball to run in 720x480. The same goes for Duke Nukem Manhattan Project. Those are hands down my two favorite games of all time.
