Why is the forum post replies messed up for me?

This must have happened today but when i click on any topic I can see the initial question but not any replies, the replies are compressed into a tree at the bottom of the screen and I have to expand each one individually to read them.

In the box where you see the first post you have an options (next to rating) button. Click it. Goto the bottom and choose switch to linear +

I'm using 'standard' and it works fine, too.

Thanks mrserv0n for asking this, I've been having the same issue and couldn't figure it out.

Strange that at work running IE 7 it does this, and at home IE6 (i think) had no change.
