Paging without a "shift" key?

Is there a way of paging without the use of a "shift" key? It would be nice to be able to use the second player joystick to page ala mamawah. Thanks.

There is no way to do this through GameEx directly, however you could use an AHK script to have the second player joystick send the shift key and the direction. That way you wouldn't need to hold the button and it would do what you are asking!

pageup and page down will not work?

Well, you can use that if you want to do page up/down. I thought he wanted to do next/previous starting letter as well, but I guess I read the question wrong

I could also be wrong.... I have been before

On a side note I would personally use a AHK script as assinging pageup and page down keys to joysticks would more than likely make emulation unreliable like when the shift and ctrl keys are used ..

However not all of us are inclined to make scripts and pageup and page down might be sufficent for his application of gameex
