Hi, Firstly i love this frontend, it's exactly what i've been looking for!

However i'm having some issues with some emulators,

I'm using (or attempting to use) zsnes for SNES emulation however i only get sound and no video. This is the same for the nes and FCEUltra, sound but no video. If i launch the emulators seperatly then i have no issues playing the games.

Project 64 runs fine

I'm trying to use epsxe (1.6.0) for Playstation emulation, however i just get the Critical Error noise (the duuun!) and a black screen.

Can anyone suggest what is causing these problems, and what i can do to remedy then, If you require any log files (though the don't say any errors) or settings i have applied i'll write back with them.

Also, when using the media player, is it possible to adjust the time that the OSD is on the screen? (the volume and timer menus)

Many Thanks and chees for making such an awesome application!

same here, since new version of Gameex, i get sound but no video on NES and SNES

You need to set emulators to run DirectX full screen. Either that or use the ShowDesktop setting.

Thanks, that fixed the emulation issue in zsnes and the nes issue,

Is there anyway to change the On Screen Display time in the media player?

I looked through the config file but couldn't find anything though i might have missed it :)

No, not at the moment. Could you explain why you want it changed. IE too long, too short? I personally thing its a little long at the mo.

yeah it hangs around for a good 5 - 10 seconds ish (i just woke up, apologies)

It really only needs to be around for 2 - 3 seconds to be effective really. Perhaps offering a couple of different times i.e. instantly disappearing, 2 seconds, 5 seconds and 10 seconds selectable from the config, but it of course depends on how it's all stored in the software :)

Cheers.

Dont worry about that just make them full screen, if you dont understand. Most emulators run already using DirectX. The odd one does not and you need to set the showdesktop setting. If there was an option to run with DirectX or not, it would be a setting or plug in for the emulator itself. External to GameEx.
