now the jukebox works, but why is it when you play a song, you can't just choose another. i hit clear and queue all, and it just starts playing the first song on the list. if your unable to just select them when you want to hear them, is there a keyboard function for next track at least?

Yes in advanced settings. Goto input settings. Click on the enable custom controls and enable them. Click on edit. This will bring up the custom control.ini (figure out what keys you want to change the tracks with and look at the scancode.txt and edit accordingly) Or if you let me know which keys I can help you out.

Is there a way to just have it switch to a song you click on instead of just adding it to the playlist? I don't want to use playlists. Just random click to play songs.

Anyone?? The playlist feature is no good if you want to jump around songs. Can we turn playlists off and have direct control??

Ok guys the jukebox does work properly... It works as a true jukebox does..When you are at a bar or other place where you have a jukebox you put in your money pick a song or a few and once that song is done it goes to the next in order... It doesnt let you pick your song and while its playing it let someone else pick another and stop yours and play the new one...

Gameex does let you pick songs... It queues them in order... Then lets you skip to the next track via the next track button.

What you guys are requesting is a media player... Click one and half way through choose another so on and so fourth.

If you want it bad enough you can get your favorate media player and set it up as an emulator.

Hope this helps make since of things.

Yeah I see how it works. Just wish you could change it. I like the Gameex interface for mp3s. Would hate to run another program from within a great program.

But that's what GameEx is designed to do. MAME and the other emulators are all programs that you launch from the front end. I know what you mean, but...
