some small questions

i have been testing the newest Game-Ex and i have a few questions

why is "play DVD" in the main and in the multimedia section as well isnt it enough in one ?

and is it possible to move M.A.M.E. into the emulator section to the others emulators instead of its in the root ??

While on that subject, it would be nice to be able to rename "MAME" to "Arcade games", and combine the Daphne list with the MAME list. There's only a handful of Daphne games (even less that I actually want to run) and it seems overkill to have a whole menu for it. This "Arcade Game" concept works in favor of using Final Burn, ZINC or other MAME substitutes for certain arcade games.

What excites me the most about GameEx is that it simplifies the whole "emulator thing" for my non-technical family. They have no idea what "MAME" and "Daphne" mean. The more I can hide the nuts and bolts, the better.

But I don't think Daphne has the option to change to Laserdisc Games.

Tom, I agree that merged with the Mame list would be great, but if that's too difficult for now maybe we could at have a rename option like MAME?

Its there under TEXT/Language in the config if using a cutom language or just edit or create a new language file (applies to latest version).

The TitleText setting should (but doesnt) also reside there, its legacy to be under general settings now. Ill make that change.

ALL text in GameEx is customizable.

1. Just because I coded it that way. I liked it like that way at the time.

2. Not at the moment. Maybe Ill add this facility later.
