when the screen goes black do you have any sound? could be a fullscreen issue. always make sure to have emulators set to run in full screen. do you know if ken griffey junior's major league baseball for n64 works up to speed yet?

When the screen goes blank a error pop up in the background so i went back in the advanced config and chose show desktop to yes to see what the error was it says exception in emulation error.I do have the Emulator set to start in full screen.I have been using GamEx for a couple months now and have all My other Emulators set up To run.I just cant seem to get this N64 Emulator to run in GameEx.I just tried Ken Griffey Jr.'s Slugfest it does not work for me

Does the emulator work outside of GameEx? If it doesn't, that's the first place to start. If it does, then we can move on to the next step of finding a solution.

I finally got 1964 to not give me any errors but when I try to select a game in GameEX it just goes to the rom browser in 1964..Does 1964 0.99 have issues with cmd line?

Becuase I have tried everything I could think of to get 1964 to run a game when its selected in GameEX.Does Anyone have Any suggestions on How to set up This n64 Emu to run In GameEX?

Right Now I have the setting set up for 1964 like I do for pj64 and pj64 does run the game but pj64 does not. :(

Before you get it to work in GameEx, you MUST be able to launch the way you want it from the command line. GameEx sends the run command just as if you were typing it in a command prompt, so if it doesn't work there, it will NEVER work in GameEx.

If it does work from a command prompt (meaning it launches to the game in full screen and ready to play), then a wrapper might be required. Sorry, but I don't use an N64 emulator of any kind at the moment, so I can't help with specifics (not now anyway).

Things might have changed, but it was that project64 was the only one that supported command line option. I dont think 1964 supports command line.

I can confirm 1964 doesn't have CLI...however here is a rough loader so that one can use it...I'll look into refining it later...just don't be expecting amazing results for right now.

All configs & loaders can now be found in the 101 reasons thread.

Thanks Nologic!!!

As Long As I am Able to Load A Game Inside of GameEX on the 1964 Emu Thats all I care about.

I have Tested The Loader out and it WORKS!!! I can Not Thank you Enough for the loader :):)

Just wanted to say thanks to Nologic for providing the loader. 1964 is the only emulator i have tried so far that works perfectly on my M1000 Nehemiah mobo (w/o a dedicated video card) and your loader has allowed it to work seemlessly within gameex.
