Sorry Friend, I just make my own.

You might google MAME Intro Videos and perhaps you'll come up with something.

If that doesn't work, you can always make your own with the Create MAME Videos program supplied with GameEx.

I think most places that have those videos also have the roms. Per the rules of this forum, we can't provide links to places to download roms, therefore, it makes it tough to link the videos here. But, if you search one of the rom sites, you will find them. They are called "MAME Intro vids" or "EmuMovies".

If you're looking for the intro vids, Tom has a couple links on the GameEx Extras page: http://tomspeirs.com/gameEx/Extras.htm

If you're looking for "startup" vids (to play as GameEx is loading) you might try retroblast.com or cinemarcade.com.

I think I tried those download links a few weeks back and they didn't work. I ended up finding a torrent from a popular site and getting them that way. The EmuMovie link will provide you samples for what's available, but it will not provide a link to where to get the actual files.

It looks like the links to specific sites such as Emumovies and crashtest are working again, however the direct link to torrent file is broke.

The EmuMovie link will provide you samples for what's available, but it will not provide a link to where to get the actual files.

On the EmuMovie site if you go to the release page for the specific type (arcade, console, etc.) look to the far right for the link which will take you to the site where the torrents should be.

I don't want to give too much detail as this may be getting into that "gray" area.
