I was playing a bit of Yoshi's Island the other day and last night I went back to play some more but now it's starting me off on a fresh file everytime, it's not saving to sram... I've checked Super Mario World as well and it's not saving either... after I've saved in game if I then reboot the snes from the file menu without exiting zsnes my save game is intact but as soon as I exit zsnes and open it again the save game isn't there

anyone any ideas? this used to work a long time ago but I haven't tried any games that use sram in a while

Thanks

After a few hours digging about I managed to fix this... I had setup my save path wrong... turns out you need a . before the path if you want the directory to be in you zsnes folder .\SAVES\

I also made another discovery too... if you launch Zsnesw with the -m argument it starts with the GUI disabled... Maybe everyone already knew this but I thought the only way to do it was to manually edit the config file in a text editor which was a right pain in the ass if you needed to go back to the GUI to change controls or something else

Maybe the -m switch should be added to the default config for zsnes that comes with GameEx?
