For some reason I can not get DVD Playback to work in GameEX... it just makes a ding sound then goes back to the main menu....

I have added my DVD drive in as e:\

I am using NVDVD codecs annd as far as I know have everythign configured properly... then again I may not....

I have not been able to test it with NVDVD codecs, so am not too sure. I know I had no big issues with PowerDVD or WinDVD.

I cant pull a fix out of my hat. I would suggest though trying without FFDSHOW enabled first, and also ensuring DVD's play in Windows Media Player 9 or 10 without issue also.

Can you try that, and let me know?

Thanks,

Tom.

I have tried without FFDshow and even went as far as uninstalling FFdshow to make sure it was not a problem.

I can try WinDVD as soon as I get a chance (I am headed on vacation tomorrow). What should the drive setting be set at? I just want to make sure this isn't a problem.
