Miscategorized Games

I have "Lightgun Games" enabled so I have a list of games using light guns or mechanical guns off my main screen. I have found that there are quite a few that are miscategorized. I don't know if this is a universal problem, or just my setup somehow. The following are NOT gun games, but appear in the list:

Arch Rivals

Bang Bead

Beach Festival Wrold Champ. 1997

Card Line

Chicken Shift

Crack Down

Crime Fighters

Dragon Buster

Dragon Gun

How is the list of games developed? I assume it must be from Controls.ini in some form. Is this something I have messed up, or is it universal and needs to be updated in GameEx? I've already looked around a bit, but haven't found anything yet. If someone could help me narrow my search down to a file or two, that would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing about that is they're listed that way in the catver.ini file. You can manually change that with any text editor. You just need to know what the name of the ROM set is - like golg13 and such. Easiest way to find out the rom set name is to look at it in MAME32 and add the rom name to the list. Don't forget to update your MAME list after changing any folders.
