I don't believe the "HideOS" option works. I have it set to disabled so I can install the themes and update the MAME rom list, but it still runs in the background when GameEx runs, and I can't remove it. See thread here: http://www.gameex.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=3286

UPDATE To recent post: If you run GameEx in windowed mode, you can then check for new roms correctly.

I am used the MCE glossy theme... does the update replace the images that we in the logos folder?

I think it will do,

if you have modified the theme, then i would copy the folder & rename it to something like 'My MCE Glossy', and select that as your current theme.

That's what I figured... it just through me for a loop when it first happened. I will take you advice and create a new theme.
