GameEx load problem

[GOVEE]

I down loaded and installed all the files on the download page went through the basic setup and gameex fails to load. This is the txt I get.

Win98se SP2(unoffiial), mame061 with a screaming PIII 600EB and 512M ram,NVidia GeForce4 MX 4000.
