i paid for the item for a lifetime license and i still can't play the video games from the app and it's not showing the video games on some of the apps and my order number id is 23632 okay and i'm looking for you to contact me back please okay thank you

This is a frontend for launching games that you've acquired from other sources. It does not come with any game files, just demo media.
