Background Editing in the GameEX Forums

I do not know how to edit the background in the GameEX forums. I tried everything, and none of them worked.

Can you give more detail as to what you are trying to do within the forum and what background you are attempting to edit?

Generally speaking, the end-users do not have any editing capabilities within the forum proper.

If you are referring to your user information page, you have to click on the "picture" icon (red underlined) for the picture you wish to upload (left is for profile image, right is for profile cover page).

I think whatever image you are attempting to upload to the forums is being blocked due to virus detection as noted in your more recent crash thread, yet manifests when I quote your post in the thread - scary weird.

So please describe what you are doing/attempting to do as I only see the user profile and no actions.

First, I went to my profile section. Then, I went to my “Account Settings” section. Then, I went to my “Edit Profile” section. I came to find out that there is no background editing in that section. I returned to my profile section, clicked on the “Edit Profile” section, and it comes to find out that there is no background editing in that section. I returned to my profile section and clicked on the image of the background, and it did not let me change the background. I am out of options.

I think your copy & paste got stuck there! 

Not sure but it may be based off your "Basic Member" status that you are not seeing the "Cover Photo" option next to Edit Profile. Not much I can do if that is the case I'm afraid.
