Hi! I recently got a stubby cab designed for VR gameplay in VPX and I love it for that, but not everyone in my family can use VR, so I wanted to have a setup of PinballX that had some of the "out of the box" programs running like PinballFX and The Pinball Arcade.

I've managed to get Pinball Arcade launching from PinballX using The Pinball Arcade Loader, but I was hoping to use one of the fixed view cameras for it. How would I do that? I tried adding "FixedCamera=4" to the end of my parameters, but that really messed things up so much that I had to install a new instance of PinballX on my second hard drive. The issue with the first install is that "PBFX2_DMD_Borderless.exe" keeps giving a prompt about only one instance being able to be run.

Long story short, I'd like to run with a fixed camera for my stubby cab, but I don't want to let the perfect (a fixed camera view I like for all tables) be the enemy of the good (tables actually launching without problems). Thanks in advance for your help!

Sorry, I really don't understand what you try to accomplish

Must be that I'm Dutch.

Within pinballX you can setup multiple systems, so mostly no need for running 2 instances of PinballX

About TPA: If you add a parameter and if won't work, you can remove it from the parameter list. It should not messed up your complete system.

I never used PBFX2_DMD_Borderless.exe as I don't run FX2. I have FX and FX3 configurered. Also VPX for VR, cabinet and headtracking but don't use the exe at all

Setup your system for the stubby.

Add extra systems within PBX for non-stubby. Maybe you need just a parameter change, or a complete different ini file.

With launch scripts you can accomplish that as well.

But first you need to figure out what should be differrent between stubby and non stubby.

And please attach a copy of your pinballx.ini and your log.txt

Btw are you playing tpa in vr ? Is that via uevr?
