Glitch with Advanced Config?

I have posted about this problem in another thread as it arose while trying to troubleshoot GameEx properly running my secondary, linked apps. I'm hoping I may draw some attention if this is a bug to be fixed or is affecting others:

When trying to export the configs from Advanced Config to create a log I saw "Open INI File" in the menu. I chose to try that to see if export was contained in that function, since it was the only command in the File menu besides Exit. I chose the former and all the config entry fields on the menus went blank. I clicked "cancel" and relaunched the config app. Still all my custom settings set from before are gone.

GameEx now ceased to launch. (see log below)

So I ran Setup Wizard again, reentered ALL my config prefs again, and then tried running GameEx again. GameEx still doesn't run anymore. Viewing the log I see before the abort:

Loading default loading screen

Error 13 - Cast from string " " to type "Double" is not valid.

ERRORS DETECTED: EXITING

Can this be fixed? Or do I need to uninstall/reinstall? I'm hoping I don't have to reinstall because I don't want to lose all the favorites menu building work I have done. Who knows? Maybe it is already lost due to this.

To get it back up and running again, delete C:/program files/gameex/config/gameex.ini then reinstall
