pinballx and pup packs wont shutdown when i exit a table

i checked on here i still cant get it resolved. when i load a table that uses pup packs in pinballx it works fine but when i exit  pup keeps going .i tried with vpx alone all works fine just in pinballx

I don't see any table launch in your log, but it will properly not show anything.
Did you check/setup the kill commands from the following post ?
