Exiting a table after a screenshot results in error, then crash

When taking a screenshot using "S" after loading any table for any system, exiting out of the table with ESC brings me to the FX3 system wheel where all table, BG, and wheel images are gone.  Choosing any table to play from this wheel dumps me into Windows.  It does take the screenshot which appears in subsequent launches of PinballX and runs fine from there on.  Only taking a screenshot makes this error.

I have a low end 2 screen setup with a 1060 video card. No plug-ins, no toys, no DMD. I do use PUplayer for a few VP tables and I recently updated to VPX8 and vpimame 3.6, but I'm sure that the problem did not exist directly after updating these.  

I've tried installing the newest version of PinballX 6.07 and have uninstalled and re-installed 6.07 with no fix.

I've also tried running VPX8 in exclusive and Windowed mode and have tried changing the setting in PinballX to windowed instead of fullscreen as well.  Not a life ending error, but I'd like to know what I've messed up if anyone can tell me, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks.

It's an older bug, and I think it's on Tom's list to rewrite the screenshot code as well.
Is that correct @Tom Speirs or is this a bug you want to get solved ?

I wasnt aware of that bug. i was planning to look at the screenshots though as some said they were not showing up.

I assumed you were aware of this issue, which I believed was one of the reasons you wanted to look at the screenshots.(Unfortunately, that person failed to include it in the bug thread list as well.  )
