The first game in question is located here:

https://www.gamesdatabase.org/game/microsoft-dos/risk

Info I would like to update:

name of game: World Domination Risk 256k EGA Version v1.1 (it is currently Risk - Microsoft DOS)
publisher: Panther Programs
developer: Russell Fleming
year: 11/1986

The latest known EGA version 1.1 is located here and combined with another game:

https://archive.org/download/MicroCom_GAMES-9_EGA_Risk

(The three files EGRARISK.EXE, EGARISK.BRD and EGARISK.DOC are all that came with it originally.)

There is an older CGA version 1.1 located here that contains exactly 5 files instead of 3:

https://archive.org/download/RiskAGameofWorldDomination_1020

(Specifically the file named RiskV1.1sw1986russellFlemingstrategy.zip dated July 1986).

2nd game and the one for which I was looking for a manual but your manual is not for the DOS version but is for the Windows version:

https://www.gamesdatabase.org/game/microsoft-dos/computer-edition-of-risk-the-world-conquest-game

Info I would like to update:

name of game: (same as what you have but add version 1.9 to it)
publisher: Virgin Mastertronic/Leisure Genius
developer: Steve Clark, et. al. (Steve was both designer and coder but others involved in design and graphics)
year: 1989

Somewhere I actually have the DOS manual for this and can take pictures...I have no easy way to scan it.
One thing I can say for sure is that the DOS manual came only as a hard copy, not a doc or text file.
Years ago I backed up many of my floppies and that was one of them.
Attached is a picture of the 3.5" disk I still have though it's unreadable being 31 years after I bought it.

3rd game:

https://www.gamesdatabase.org/game/microsoft-dos/leisure-genius-presents-monopoly

Corrections as shown:

Computer Edition of Monopoly - Microsoft DOS
Publisher:  Virgin Mastertronic/Leisure Genius
Developer:  Jon Baldachin
Year:       1989
Category:   Unknown
Game Manual: N/A
Game Music: no audio or sound

For this one your manual is in French and is not for the correct machine type and should be removed.
I have the manual for this and can try to track it down. 1989 is never shown as the copyright date, only 1988,
but I think the 1989 date was when it was actually released as the main game file is dated August 1989.
