Backglass images not saving

Just updated a few backglasses that Wildman has created. Deleted the old images from my backglass folder in media section for vpinball (where all my backglass images are stored). This means I now get the PinballX animated default for no image being present. Table images load up fine.

But when I press "S" for screengrabs the backglass isn't saving. I have force exclusive off in VPX. If I delete the table image from its respective folder and reload the table through PinballX then pressing "S" does record the playfield, but not the backglass.

I'm on PinballX version 5.43

It's maybe not the best answer ( as my vendor tells me this alll the time at work), but upgrade to latest version, reproduce the issue and post your log.txt and settings.ini for investigation

Just updated to 5.54 and it's still doing the same. Attached are the PinballX.ini and log files.

I think I've discovered the issue. I have to hide the backglass first before I can take the screenshot. I like to have backglasses visible along with the table image while a table is loading so when they do load they just "pop to life" as it were. But when updating screenshots I need to hide them or else the "S" button has no effect.

Thats why DBM creates videos , when even the hide checkbox is checked (and bg videos is checked for creation )
