Virtual Boy help

I installed Reality Boy to play Virtual Boy Roms that I have. It works fine when I play the games directly via the emulator. However when I try to play to play the games via GameEx, I get a message that Reality Boy has experienced an error and needs to shutdown and I am returned to GameEx. I have already successfully installed NES, SNES, Sega, NG4, and game boy emulators, but I simply cannot get this one to work.

I have installed the configuration that came with GameEx for Reality Boy, I have double checked that I have all the correct file paths. Has anyone else experienced this?

Should I try Red Dragon instead of Reality Boy, even though Reality Boy is the one that comes preconfigured with GameEx?

I don't use a virtual boy emulator, but the installation could be incorrect in GameEx since it's a lesser used emulator... Command line arguments could be incorrect or you may need to change a setting in the .ini (or .cfg) - can you post your GameEx log after the crash? I think it's probably command-line related if I had to guess. *shrug*

It's always okay to try other emulators in GameEx. If you need help installing it manually, we're here to help.

Sorry for sounding like a noob, but how do i get to the log?

When Reality Boy fails, I am simply returned into GameEx and it continues to function fine with all other emulators.

I've got red dragon working fine on my cab. If you want to try that emulator i can send you my config file.
