[RESOLVED] PinballX displaying VPX loading screen when loading table

I have this issue with seemingly one table in my collection of 299. It's ACDC (Stern 2012).

Whenever I go to load this table the screenshot shows fine for about 12 seconds, then screenshot disappears and the VPX loading screen appears as it's not finished and the table starts about 3 or four seconds later.

I have "Extra wait for show desktop" currently set to 25 seconds (tried 30 as well which is max) to try and get round this but it seems to be ignored.

I have loading VPX loading set to minimized which causes a black screen for 3 or 4 seconds which is as bad really.

Can't help feeling t must be something with that particular table as there are more demanding ones than that which load fine.

Are you using vpx 10.7 or 10.6 ?

If you use 10.7, can you try to set this table (with alternate exe) to vpx10.6 ? 

Also noticed that your pbx version is running 10 versions behind, maybe try to upgrade that as well

 

EDIT : Just tested on my cab as well. 
it is launched within 10 of seconds and nice transition between loading videos and table.

and to just to be sure :Do you have set Visual Pinball to use Full exclusive mode ?

And set PinballX system full screen exclusive mode to Yes ?

Hi Mike, and thanks for your help.

I already had Force exlusice Full screen on in VPX, but I didn't have Full Screen Exclusive Hack on in PinballX. Not sure what that does exactly.

It didn't make any difference and with that on some tables (notably the latest VPW version of Tron Legacy) will not load causing PinballX to crash. So I have to have that OFF.

It seems updating to the latest version of PinballX has done the trick and now ACDC loads fine. But it did before and I have no Win10 updates going on my cab at all, so dunno what happened there.
