NEStopia / fullscreen question

Hello there.

GameEx works great, and MAME runs perfect. But I have problem with setting up NEStopia. I've seen the question here before, but I don't fully understand the given solutions. (sorry for being stupid). When I run it with the hidden desktop I get sound and a black screen. When I run it without a hidden desktop I get the game running windowed (very small). I've read on this forum the solution is to set it to ' full screen'. But how ? Like I said, it is probably a silly question, but I can't figure it out.
