[RESOLVED] Losing Focus/control after latest update... HELP!!!

Hello,

When I scroll through tables and pause long enough for the back glass to load, I lose the ability to scroll to the next table. If I tap escape or click the left mouse button, the back glass disappears and I can scroll again until I pause on a table again. I'll also see flashes of other previous back glass during this process.

I never had this problem before with the previous versions non .net version.

Please post the log and pinballx.ini but I suspect its an issue with pinmame enabled or you selected the pin2dmd option on install and dont have one.

Do you maybe have 2 versions of PBX running ? The 'legacy ' and the .net version at the same time ?

yeah, looks you selected the option to install pin2dmd support.

Delete DmdDevice64.dll from the install folder.

Either that or disable pinmame under display settings.

You may need to update pinmame if you wish to use it. PinballX is only compatible with the latest version as the dev team made a lot of changes.

There isn't a DmdDevice64.dll in the install folder (c:\pinballx). I did a search of my C: drive to verify that there is only one install of Pinballx.

I did find DmdDevice64.dll in other locations and deleted them, the problem persisted. Do I need to reboot?

EDIT: Solved by setting pinballx.exe to admin.

I did a fresh install into a different folder. Same issues.

I turned off B2S in PinballX settings and I'm using video for backglass instead, cleared up the table selection issues.

VPX tables launch fine, but I cannot exit back to frontend without force closing VPX. After a very long time and Windows+Tab back to frontend, menu comes back eventually. I tried turning off forced full screen in vpx, no change.

FX3 tables launch and exit really fast!
