Hiding the emulator window launch screen during startup

Hello , 

I like to know whats the best way to hide the emulators window when i launch a game in Game Ex Evolution

For now its mostly Sega Model 2 & Demul which has the screen popup windowed into Full Screen when i start a game.

In the setup wizard the window is set to hidden etc.
