GameEX Only recognisng rom file names not actual game names

So i got GameEX Running Mame with all the roms working,

but all of the games had the file name and not the actual game name,

What do I do?

I'm also not using any data base, I don't know if that changes anything

Hi,

MAME operates differently in GameEx with special features and not as a normal emulator.

You should use the in built MAME settings and functions in GameEx. Some people then decide to set up MAME as a normal emulator using the created database after using the special in built features.
