Hi. I've just updated my 4.x PinballX to the last 5.19, and I've seen it should be possible to use animated wheel images in apng format.

I've downloaded a few ones, and when I use the game manager, the options are .png . gif and .apng, but when I try to use an .apng wheel, it doesn't work... It asks me if I want to overwrite my previous wheel (.png format), I say "yes", but it's still my old .png file that appears after launching PinballX ??? Did I missed something obvious ? Thank you for any help.

Well, it seems I had to delete the old .png file in order to make it work. I suppose that .png has got a sort of "priority" above .apng file... Thank you.

PinballX Databasemanager  takes care of the old.png/.gif files and put them into your recycle bin if you add another wheel image (with same or other extension)
