Hi!

I just noticed after a Windows 10 Home update that my GameEx Arcade install is no longer recognizing the gameexreg_36.gxkey.  I have reinstalled the latest version (I always try to stay up-to-date) and re-ran the registry key but still have the request-to-register white page at startup.

If I'm overlooking something or something has changed please let me know.  Thanks!

@Tom Speirs may need to address this for you.  Can you identify which Windows 10 update was recently installed on your system? If you are uncertain, you can identify the build in System Information.

Hi @Draco1962,

The last update was cumulative update KB5003637.  Current version is 10.0.19041 Build 19041.

I put in a direct support ticket per Tom's request.

All is resolved.  Once again, I'm so happy to be using a really rock-solid reliable software for my upright arcade system.
