Using escape to exit AND removing exit from menu

I have been wanting to remove "Exit GameEx" from the menu, but still be able to use a hidden "escape" button to exit. It doesn't seem like I can do this. When you choose to disable the exit ability you can only get out with CTRL-ALT-DEL. Seems to me the items in the Enable/Disable menu aren't really labeled correctly. If you choose to disable exiting, then the "use escape" option right below it is useless. I would think the disable exit should remove exit from the menu, and if you wanted to disable exiting all together you would also disable escape. Anyone else find this strange? Anyone know how to make this work right? Am I even making sense?

GameEx currently only exits using CTRL-ALT-DEL when you disable exit in GameEx. BUT there will be a password exit feature coming soon

Well I propose to add an option to remove exit from the menu! I don't want to lock GameEx down really. I just don't want someone to get curious about what else is around, exit out while I am not there and delete stuff. Especially since no one will ever tell me how to get GameEx to run in limited user accounts.
