Quick monitor/topper question

Hey all! So I recently switched out my old topper monitor and put in a new one.  Configured dimensions correctly in windows, and trying to on popper, but it won’t let me expand to the right side of the screen. The mouse won’t even let me move past the cutoff. Screen is cut off in VPX, basically everything. Rechecked the graphics card settings, the new monitor settings, windows, and popper resolutions and still same problem. Set the correct physical resolution on both to 1920x1080, but still getting the cutoff. Any help would be appreciated...

This is a PinballX forum!.  Popper is a different front end, you probably  won't find your answers here (unless you want to switch to PinballX )
