[RESOLVED] The first Games do not open in all menus

Is there a chance that this is now  causing trouble to start the very first game in the selection wheel? Show last played game and show random game and show most played games are all disabled at my end.

When I select a emulator the very first game in the appearing selection wheel is not playable. It goes deeper but is not showing the menu with the rom to select. If I select it 5 times I have to push back 5x to select another emulator. When selecting an other game and go back I can select the first game of the wheel and play it.

Can you attach copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt file from right after the issue occurring?

I noticed that if i choose another Theme the error is gone. Maybe i stick to another theme.

I dicided to create a new custom theme out of another theme. So please ignore mz post. Thanks

There were enough differences to warrant a separate thread for your issue. A request and a few more questions:

Can you zip the entire theme directory for "Ironfist 640 x 480" and attach it in reply here? If too large for the forum to accept, you may need to try via PM to me or upload to the FTP - create a directory there using your forum alias.

Which theme appears to work normally?

Is it only MAME that this error occurs with this theme or all emulators?

The error is across al emulators.

The Theme is 112 MB so it is to big. If you want the file i can send it to you if you like.It is very kind of you to investigate but i already changed to a new theme and i am really happy with it. Now i did saw the new arcade menu youtube video by tom spiers and that is axectly what i was looking for and what i will choose as soon as this is availeble. or is it already awaileble?

Are you referring to the GameEx Arcade Edition videos or another? I know he has several links so if you can share I can confirm.

I'll leave it up to you if you want to upload your theme to the ftp site due to the size or stop investigation here since you found something to your liking. BTW, which theme did you choose that is working?

I did choose the Blue Box Mod theme and i did some Adjustments. So far i am happy.
