Kega Fusion 3.64 Blank Screen

I'm trying to open a sonic ROM such as Sonic 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles or a ROM hack such as Sonic 2 Pink Edition, Sonic 3 Complete but everytime i open Kega Fusion 3.64, it gives me a blank screen. How do i fix this?

Is it exhibiting the same behavior when you open outside of GameEx?

Please attach copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files from right after your opening attempt so we can check the results and your settings. Thanks!
