Attach copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files please. Probably an easy fix, but these files keep us from guessing. Thanks+

Just need to put in the right folder, in my case mame folder / artworks 

 

you put all de zip file there and turn off “using bezel” in gameex setting for mame
