[ resolved ] help with extra apps cmd line

Hi

I'm tying to set up a list of games i only play 1 game from a certain emulator for example just manic miner on the spectrum using fuse

The game runs outside of gameex so ive got the emulator set up correctly.

Rather than set the whole  thing  up with images etc.. im using the more games and programs menu. my problem is i dont know the command line to run the game

ive tried fuse.exe --manic  -fullscreen

but it just says cant find file, ive copies the file to same location as fuse. Any help appreciated.

Hi Mike, thanks but to be honest it works it gameex as an independent emulator now ( using ZX SPIN ) , so ill leave it as it is :-)

just  need to find out why  i see the desktop under when its running as full screen option does appear to work.

Because the game is being launched as an app instead of a rom with definitions for the ROM path and ROM file format, I expect that using "fuse.exe --manic  -fullscreen" will not work.

You may try several different options:

1-  using a shortcut (lnk file) to the fuse.exe (solves the path problem) and pass the  "--manic  -fullscreen" in the process.

2 - create a batch file to be launched with your path\fuse.exe -manic  -fullscreen.

3. AHK script or compiled as an .exe. Configuring should be similar to the batch file, but don't hold me to it.
