new mame Video Options and arcade monitor

anyone out there using an arcade monitor in a cabinet with the arcade vga and newer mame

what settings in advanced settings are you using for the best display on your monitor?

-d3d -video d3d -noswitchres -video ddraw ect! i am pulling out my hair to get it to where i think it looks

good please share any luck you have had with the video options and arcade vga.
