How to shutodwn system without keyboard

In settings, I see a system shutdown using keyboard keys, but how is this achieved using only joystick/buttons?  Wanting to be able to cause a system shutdown wihtout having to have keyboard or mouse attached, and without having to simply shutdown power.

You have to have an available button then assign the key or key combo to that button.
