Cheats for Emulators other than Mame

Just curious what everyone uses for cheats with all the emulators. I know mame has cheat.dat, but is there something similar for nes, snes, gameboy etc. I saw on zophar they had cheat files but they were for individual games and you couldn't download them all at once. Does anyone have any recommendations?

For Nes I used FCE Ultra

Snes I use Zsnes

Genesis I use kega Fusion now

And gameboy/gba I use Visual boy advance.

N64 is Project 64.

THese are all the ones I'd really want them for thanks.

i think cheats are the most rediculous things ever implemented in games, a game is to be played fair, not with cheats, sorry cant help you out

Project64 has its own cheat forum. I believe it also has some sort of cheat utility. http://www.pj64.net/main/index.php I'll see if I can dig up some more.

Zsnes as far as I know only uses game genie codes. Try http://www.gamegenie.com/

I dont use cheats all the time, but sometimes its fun to play around with them, when you get bored.

I see that a couple have game genie support, but for example zsnes has cht files for individual games. Zophar has them for download, but you have to download them indiviudally. Is there a site that has these all bundled in together?

ZSNES supports GoldFinger, Game Genie and Pro Action Replay codes. You can input them directly from the GUI. There's no 'zip file' that contains all the cheats.

I never use this feature on any of my emu's so I couldn't even tell you how to begin using them in Gameex... Unless there's some kind of .bat file that will load them when you have the game.
